The phone comes with charger and original box and manual and everything. The front of the phone is extremely clean and couple of minor scratches are barley visible if you look at them at the right angle. The back of the phone is extremely clean as well. I am a non-smoker and used this phone for almost two years on a service called TING. Ting is a sister company of Sprint and this phone worked fine on it. I would keep this phone but recently upgraded to a Samsung! The ESN is clean for sure because I used it on Ting but I think you can only use it for Sprint.
